The general purpose of job analysis is to document the requirements of a job and the work performed.


Let us help you document your job duties and requirements.


This includes on-site observation and documentation (with photographs or videos if requested) of job activities, as well as interviews with appropriate individuals (employer, employee, supervisor, union representative). The Job Analysis Report will include a specific breakdown of the physical demands of the job and a full description of work activities. This Analysis requires 2 to 8 hours, depending on the job components.
